How to regenerate an individual voter's credentials

This article shows how to regenerate a voter's credentials. 

From the " Electors" menu, select the "Manage Electors" item:



The list of voters with their information will open. Click on the three dots to the right of the voter who needs new credentials. A drop-down menu with various options will open. Select "Generate new password."



The voter will then receive a new password at the e-mail address provided. By sending new credentials, the previous ones will be invalidated.
