How to Enable/Disable Voters
This article describes the steps to be followed to enable and disable voters, both massively and individually.
Enable/disable all voters
After uploading voters to the election event, click on
under "Electors" on the tool bar related to the Election Event.
A drop-down menu with several options will open. Select "Lock All" if you want to disable all voters for that Election Event or "Unlock All" to enable all previously disabled voters.
Enable/disable voters individually:
To enable or disable a single voter, click on
under " Electors," on the toolbar related to the election event or individual ballot.
Select "Manage Electors" from the drop-down menu:
The list of voters will open. Click
next to the voter you wish to enable or disable.
At this point, select "lock user" or "unlock user" to enable a previously disabled user.
